• Customers can earn Cashback when they make a bKash Pay through our Payment Gateway (Checkout payment).
• Customers of bKash with a good account status and an adequate balance are eligible for Cashback when they successfully make an online payment through the bKash accounts.
• To receive Cashback, the state of the account and the incoming transactions on the account of the customer must be active. If the Cashback payout is not successful due to the account status being in question the customer won't be eligible for the Cashback offer.
• If Cashback disbursement is unsuccessful because of an unknown or unforeseeable reason other than for the status of the customer's account issue, bKash can retry the Cashback payout manually at 3 intervals over 2 months following the expiry date of the offer. If the attempts are unsuccessful then no further try is made, and the customer cannot be able to claim back the right to cashback from the promotion.
• Customers need to complete an order that is successful from their bKash account to one of the merchant accounts throughout the time of the campaign to receive the cashback.
• bKash retains the option to alter or modify the campaign, merchant/outlet participation in any way, or even cancel the whole offer at any point without advance notice.
• bKash retains the opportunity to stop the Cashback offer when the particular transaction and/or the conduct of the customer is a reasonable indication that the client has taken advantage of the benefits of the cashback offer.
• bKash is not liable or is it responsible for the merchant's failure to assure the supply of goods as bKash only provides a feature to pay the client? Any reimbursement made by the Merchant to the consumer because of the inability to supply the product does not invalidate the particular transaction and thus is not binding bKash to restore the Cashback eligibility limit of the customer regardless of the specific transaction for the duration of the campaign. The Cashback for the particular transaction will be deemed consumed.
• There may be unexpected situations in which the Cashback may be delayed due to unanticipated or unknown problems. If the customer does not receive their cashback.
