Terms & Conditions:

• BKash customers who have a good account status and adequate funds can avail of the Cashback when they pay installments using their BKash account.
• Cashback payment is not made due to an unidentified or unexpected reason other than for the account status of the customer issue, bKash can retry the Cashback payment within two months, with 3 intervals throughout the duration of the program. If the first endeavor fails then no further endeavor can be attempted, and the customer cannot be eligible for the Cashback offered by the campaign.
• Customers are qualified for immediate cashback for the successful transaction (payments made to select microfinance institution merchants during the period of the campaign) via their bKash accounts.
• bKash retains the option to modify or change the terms and conditions of the campaign or the merchant's participation in any way or to end the whole campaign at any time, without providing any notice prior to.
• bKash retains the feature to revoke the Cashback payment if the specific transaction or the customer's behavior raises reasonable suspicion that the person has abused the benefits of the campaign.
• If a customer has made the wrong purchase, bKash will resolve the issue based on the customer's claim and the validity of the transaction at the time of the campaign.
